Research
Usability analysis
The first stage of the study was usability analysis. We looked through multiple designs of portfolio websites to choose the best design for this project.
User interviews
We conducted several user interviews with Elena to list all her competencies and collect all links to all resources.
Internet research
We conducted Internet research for all media channels, books, websites, pages of that person to collect all relevant data.
Key findings
We summarized the UX review findings on this topic and compiled a list of key findings:
01 | We need a long page design for index page to show all projects and talents of a person. |
02 | We need to group similar competencies and projects into content blocks. Elena asked us to separate Professional projects and Lifestyle projects on her website. We took this suggestion as a base for content grouping. |
02 | We need to add options for future site growth (new projects, pages, events) within existing blocks and adding new content blocks and links/pages. |
04 | Color scheme and fonts: we need to choose a warm and bold color schemes and specific fonts to unite creative and business sides of Elena as a person. |
